As we all have to take our responsibility to stop the spreading of COVID-19, we are working more remotely and are limiting personal contacts. Where possible we prefer to assist you remotely via telephone or digital communication means.
At the moment we can guarantee the same level of service you are used to, yet we cannot predict the near future in these volatile times. Therefore we are appealing to customers to order any pumps and spare parts now to ensure continuation of their processes.
As of today we can confirm the following:
Our pump engineers are working remotely and can provide expert pump consultation, quotations and process production orders.
- We can still provide technical servicing and consultation advice at your site where permitted and warranted
- We have sufficient stock available of all of our core products
- We can process day to day orders for pumps, spares and accessories as usual
- We are working with our logistics partners to ensure a timely delivery of your order.
