Verderair HI-CLEAN (AODD)

The Verderair HI-CLEAN is a series of hygienic and food grade air operated double diaphragm (AODD) and piston pumps. The HI-CLEAN pumps are designed for operation in hygienic and food processing applications, such as pumping dairy (cream, cream cheese and yoghurt) and basic ingredients for fruit syrups and concentrates for the manufacturing of fruit juices & personal care.

HI-CLEAN AODD (air operated double diaphragm pumps) series consist of 7 different sub series:

  • FD series Verderair food grade diaphragm pumps are specially constructed for use in the food processing industry. Wetted materials are made of SS 316 Ra polish of <=3.2 μm (standard for food grade applications). Execution with Tri-Clamps or hygienic DIN connections. 
  • SB series have a ball valve for  hygienic applications. Manifolds and covers are  <=0,8 µm polished. Execution with Tri-Clamps or hygienic DIN connections.
  • SB series (pharma execution) have a ball valve for  pharmaceutical applications. Manifolds and covers are  <=0,5 µm polished. Execution with Tri-Clamps or hygienic DIN connections.
  • 3A series have a ball valve for  hygienic applications where a 3A certificate is required. Manifolds and covers are <=0,8 µm polished. Execution with Tri-Clamps or hygienic DIN connections. 
  • SF series  have a  flapper valve for hygienic applications with large particles in the fluid. Manifolds and covers are <=0,8 µm polished . Execution with Tri-Clamps or hygienic DIN connections.
  • SF series (flapper poultry execution) series have a flapper valve for hygienic applications with large particles in the fluid. The Flapper poultry series is specially designed for poultry applications and is available without manifold to directly mount on a hopper.
