The Verder UK Project Team specialize in providing dosing solutions to clients in clean and waste water applications, effluent from production processes:

Our Dosing Systems

Full package plant systems for a major water or wastewater site to the designated water company specification including dosing cabinet, control system, tanks, pipework, GRP Kiosk and booster sets

  • Full packaged plant systems featuring GRP Kiosk, dosing rigs, mixing tanks, pumping station, pipework, gantries, relays, sensors and accessories. 
  • Compact mini-dosing system for smaller scale dosing, mobile applications or as a duty stand-by solution.

These dosing solutions and dosing pumps are located at STWs across several different water companies including United Utilities, Severn Trent, Yorkshire Water, Thames Water, Scottish Water and  Veolia. These systems are providing solutions to pH correction, flocculants, odour control and disinfection. 

Verder have also provided bespoke dosing solutions for fisheries - reducing BOD and COD levels from salmon effluent, neutralising cooling water in power stations to prevent corrosion of metal work and flocculation and neutralisation of process effluent from metal finishing. 

Working in partnership

Verder provide a highly flexible approach, utilising existing assets onsite where possible and providing engineering expertise with pipework, analytical equipment and pumping systems to create a finished system that is cost-effective, robust and delivers a reliable dosing operation. Thanks to their proven track record in providing a flexible approach to a customer's requirements, Verder have assisted water companies and framework partners in developing their technical procedures for meeting compliance on water quality in forthcoming AMP periods.
