*Warning* Updating from earlier version (01.00.26 or earlier) to this firmware version will instigate a Factory Reset returning all pump settings to factory default values.
To update the software on your Ds pump, please:
- Download all files for the update, these will always be the Ds500 Manifest and Software version 01.00.30 files and sometimes the Display files.
- The downloads will start in a new window.
- Copy all the files to a USB FAT32 flash drive, into the root directory.
- Insert the USB flash drive into the USB slot in the back of the Ds unit.
- Turn the pump off and on whilst holding the Stop button. This can also be performed through the menus on the pump if no power swich is local to the pump.
- Release the Stop button when the LED flashes White.
- Unit will reboot when the update is completed.
- Confirm the pump is running the new software through the menus or on the boot screen.

*Note: When the pump has successfully connected to the internet, there is now a pin code shown on the Wi-Fi Settings page. This pin code is to be entered when adding a pump to your Remote Assistant mobile application (Version 11 onwards). Each time the pump re-connects to the internet, it will receive a new pin code which is only required once, when adding the pump to your Remote Assistant account.
