A recap of Verder@Achema Frankfurt 2022

Verder Liquids was delighted to be able to present our pumps for the process and chemical industry live and in person again at Achema this year. It was great to see so much interest in our own manufactured pumping solutions and we look back on a very successful exhibition. For everyone who could not be there or for everyone who just wants to take another look at what we showed: we have an aftermovie.

The highlights!

We were proud to present two new pumps to the public this year. The Verderair e-PURE was released earlier this year and at Achema the release of our newest Verderflex Ds500 took place.

Verderflex Ds500: A lot of interest was shown in the Verderflex Ds500, a new dosing and metering pump with IOT functionality. This pump has been designed specifically to challenge traditional technological solutions to chemical dosing in municipal and industrial pumping applications. The principle behind this technology is to improve the accuracy and save the end user money by looking at Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

A key advantage of the Ds500 is that it has an easy ‘click and go’ cartridge change. And when coupled with the RA (Remote Assistant) monitoring for IOT can allow prediction of change and feedback on performance to ensure downtime is managed and minimalised.

Verderair e-PURE: At Achema, we highlighted the Verderair e-PURE, an electrically driven double diaphragm pump uses a new kind of technology for diaphragm pumps. This pump series works according to a horizontal fluid flow path, which gives a more energy efficient and less friction loss fluid path. A direct result is reduced maintenance, lower energy costs and a longer lifetime.

Enabling progress, to the benefit of many

One of the aims of our presentation at the exhibition was to visualise our message of Enabling Progress. With our advanced pumping solutions and innovations, we can enable our customers to make progress in many areas and contribute in decisive ways to positive developments in society. Vital components, which help our customers to ensure economic, technological, and environmental progress to the benefit of many. Click here to watch the movie that supports this claim.

As part of Enabling and Environmental progress, we did not hand out many disposable products. This year we only gave away a "Verderpen" with a business card containing a QR code. Instead of giving out paper brochures, the QR code led to a landing page where visitors could download information. That idea was well received by the visitors to our booth. They thought that this digital solution is a step forward in the modern world and better for the planet.
